I bought these to replace the deeper ones that came with the arcade style table that I am re-building. I was looking for something with a lower profile to match my new design and these work perfectly. They fit in the existing Brunswick hole openings. They hold 5-6 balls before reaching the top of the slate and are made of a soft, flexible plastic so it's quiet when the balls fall in the pocket. I am very impressed with these pockets and will buy again for any future table builds.

These worked great for the old cheap table of mine. Wanted to convert to drop pockets because the subway wouldn’t roll balls down to the end of the table. The balls would always get caught up. These pockets are rubber so they can take a pretty good beating. Good quality for the price. Can cut for perfect fit.

Quite large and clunky looking, heavy plastic, but when they're trimmed and installed they do the job perfectly. I wouldn't want these table pockets if we had an expensive or classic pool table.

You can't beat these for the price. I bought these to convert my ball return table to a drop pocket table. The ware perfect. Each pocket can hold about 6 balls. Yes, you will have to trim them down for the side pockets (I had to trim the corner pockets as well) but with a sharp knife they trim very easily. I would buy these again in a heartbeat.

These pockets were a perfect replacement for my refurbished 8ft table. Plastic yes, but sturdy. Exactly as described. I expect they will last for quite a while. As others have mentioned, the side pockets need to be trimmed. I did this with a large scissors after scoring the thick top edge with a serrated knife. I also added pics so you can see the difference after trimming. Nails were not included.Shipping was SUPER fast. These pockets were a great buy.See Entire Table Rebuild Here:http://s469.photobucket.com/user/wood-n-java/library/Pool%20Table%20Refurbish

The house we just bought came with a "professional series Olio" pool table. The pockets that were in it were badly broken. We ordered these on a whim. Glad we did. They just snapped right in. Nothing much else to say except give measurements. Here is the best I can do.The corner pocket in my table measures a little over 4 inches. that is roughly through the middle but including the paddingThe height is a full 7 inches. To install we just reach up under the table and push through the pocket...and it stays in place. Done. The only thing we may do is to find a way to tack down the edges, they stick out a tiny bit away from the edge. But we've been playing for a few weeks not and haven't bother to do it yet=). must not be such a big deal.

I got a 7' slate table for $125. I had to refurb it so I added new felt and these pockets for cheap. I had to score the sides with a razor and snap it it off, but it was quick and easy. Used simple wood screws to secure. They're cheap feeling, but you don't really see them.

The plastic pockets are practical if you want to replace netting ones but you may have to snip a little off the two center plastic pockets on some pool tables and they can hold many pool balls in each pocket they are flexible too for fitting in the pocket areas a great idea that wont break the bank and they look attractive too!!!
