I installed a new phone system at all our offices around the country last week, using Polycom phones, and two of these went on our receptionist's desk at corporate. They work as expected without issue.

Bought two of these to use with VVX 601 phones. They work fine but the ridiculous thing is Polycom intentionally limits the number of speed dial "soft buttons" you can add to the phone's screen just to force you to buy these things. At this price point, could they at least make them touch screen?

I can't believe the price on these - more expensive than the phone...seriously? But in all seriousness they are incredibly helpful and require zero setup...just screw on and plug in! Also it's great that Polycom doesn't change the config for sidecar versus regular...you just add more line keys the same way you would as if the phone had all of them built in.

Great product. This is not a consumer grade device but if you sell VVX phones I am sure you are familiar with the sidecar. The FONT is very easy to read, unlike the Yealink sidecar and color makes identification easier. I highly recommend these for receptionist desk or those who are button happy.

We have four of these in our office and they are great. I'm not crazy about the order in which you can add shortcuts (1. Busy Lamp Fields 2.) Shortcuts/Speed Dials, etc.) I don't know if that is a restriction of our provider (Cspire) or Polycom. Either way, we made some workarounds that make good use of this side cart with our Polycom VVX 410 phones.
