touch screen had a dead spot that would not allow me to do the required password change. they sent a replacement promptly however that one also had dead spots. so i have to return the last 2 phones. the number this company provides for support is an old polycom support number that has been changed since polycom are now part of HP. HP says it's out of warranty. I have know idea why Amazon lets them list a support number for polycom when the refurbished seller is ATHQ-CR

The phone itself was functionally fine. It was not advertised as a "Skype" firmware load, but that's what arrived. The phone itself was in a plastic bag. It was filthy and still programmed with all the Skype login information for a "Tamika" at toyota.com. The handset included was absolutely COVERED in makeup. It was so slimy you could hardly pick it up. After spending 20 minutes with alcohol and paper towels, then recovering the phone with the "reset without knowing the password" procedure, then switching to the standard SIP firmware, I have a pretty nice phone. Nothing wrong with the device, but "renewed by an amazon professional" list above literally seems to mean "shove a disgustingly dirty old phone into a new box".

Can't add multiple phones unless you have more than two Jack's even then it's alot of wiring. Better off getting cordless if your trying to avoid long wires and having to drill holes in your walls just to have it reach the second jack.

One phone's buttons did not work and one phone's touchscreen did not work. Couldn't set up the phones. Complete waste of time and money.

You will need to program the device manually, but it is fairly straightforward and, once done, the phone is great. These refurbished phones have been a godsend to help save thousands of dollars for a small business.

We use these for all my staff and everyone really likes it. Most pair with a hands free headset. Nice to be able to customize each phone.

Cool phone. It does require some time/effort and knowledge of VOIP/Computers to set up on my 8x8 Service, but once set it, it does great. We purchased a $25 wireless Bluetooth headset from Amazon and with only the phone and this Bluetooth headset, we have a hand’s free system. Great Purchase.
