I looked at several options for allowing me to use a normal dimmer switch to control under-counter lights. This option is rock solid with firm electrical connections and steady electrical feed to the LED tape lights. My only issue was that one of the pre-installed low voltage wires slipped out of its socket and I had to re-secure it.

I used this to power two 10w solar powered fans that were useless due to area was shaded, but this unit powered them up and was quiet,not a sound. Great little unit!

The key feature of these power supplies is their ability to be used in conjunction with a standard dimmer control. I have only had them in use for a few days, and so far they work well with existing dimmers. Of course, I can’t say how long they will last in use.I was delight to find these. Most such power supplies cannot be attached to a dimmer.An especially good feature is the ease in which the power cord can be removed for a custom installation. The same goes for the low voltage output.

I used this driver with a Leviton DZ6HD-1BZ Decora Smart 600W Dimmer and the dimming functionality of this driver did not work. The dimmer the dimmer was set the louder the driver buzzed the brightness of the attached LED strip did not change. On the dimmer I changed the mode between all three of LED, Incandescent and Fluorescent and there was no difference quiet when set to full brightness but buzzing louder when brightness decreased.

I installed to control my: Ustellar Dimmable 600 LED Light Strip Kit with Power Supply, SMD 2835 LEDs, Super Bright 16.4ft/5m 12V LED Ribbon with a standard Lutron Maestro wall dimmer. When the lights are low no buzz from transformer, when the light are bright no buzz but when anywhere in the middle loud buzz and will not be acceptable in my music room.Edit: I returned the Pluspoe 20 and purchased the Pluspoe 30 and all the buzzing is gone. I upped my rating to 5 from 1 star.

Runs 9 miniature 1 watt downlights installed in a over sink valance, off a Lutron Maestro Dimmer from very dim to full output. Just like they said, good job!

This works for only a few lights so know your wattage. I have had a good one, and a bad one. It was wired wrong and couldn't be fixed.

Working great with Lutron Caseta Plug-in Lamp Dimmer to control LED tape light. Like that it had adapter, as the barrel style connection was too large for my LED strips. Creates a soft-on / off effect when lights come on.
