The toy looked good in line. It would have been great for my grandson except.. the squeaker/screamer was broken when it arrived so when you pulled it back to let it fly, no noise came out whatsoever. Which, in essence, makes it a 50 cent, non-screaming pig on rubber bands. Hard pass.

We have gotten through about 10 of the stunt pilot chicken, they seem to last a few months. So we thought we would try this one. It's on the small side, compared to the chicken, but it's very soft and our border collie loves it. It does fly but how durable that arrangement will turn out to be we don't know, so we are not going for great distances outside, just enough for using indoors..update Feb 2019. this flying pig has proven to be our most durable toy.. and because we now have another border collie, a tri-color 8 weeks old, we are going to order a new one as the original has gotten dirty from use.. but it still works, and has turned out to be our puppies favorite toy.

I had to scroll back a ways in my account purchases to find this pig dog toy because I just had to post a review. We have a jack-russell who loves odd sounding squeaker toys. He goes nuts for bees buzzing, chickens clucking, whales bubbling, cows mooing, etc. This piggy dog toy is like a bungee toy that springs free and oinks. SEVEN months later the bungee arms and one eye are chewed off so its just a fetch toy now, but the thing is STILL oinking! By now Rusty chewing on the sound box for months, the thing should be dead. A few times it has just started oinking from across the room. Rusty LOVES this and just starts playing with it again. This possessed pig never quits! Thank you!Edit update 2019: Bought a second one... it is as good as the first!!

Seems to be well constructed. My daughter asked for a stuffed pig for Christmas. She actually wanted a Minecraft pig, but since her brother would have been mad she was "copying him" I got her this instead. She was happy with it and her brother even had fun testing how far it could fly.

We have a barnyard & jungle at our house! Flying pigs, ducks, chickens, monkeys....oh my! These are F U N!!! My kids will suddenly break them out & have flying animal wars down the hallway on boring days - what a hoot! We have given these as gifts to co workers (great fun at the office to break up the monotony!). As a substitute teacher in middle & high schools, I have used these in classrooms when I needed to either lighten the mood, grab kid's attention, or just use them as an aide to get everyone to participate in an activity. We have also included these in all age kid friendly birthday bags.

I bought 2 of these for kind-of silly gifts for dog owners, one was for my husband. His broke the third time he sent it flying (while he was still trying it out), but I think it will be an easy fix - requiring a few stitches after retying the elastic to the pocket on the hoof area. This is a hoot, but don't expect it to last long. Our dog did get a kick out of it, too.

This is a great toy for the office. I bought several different animals and sent them to my husband's work. The guys had a blast flinging them into each other's offices. It was farmhouse madness with all the sound effects. Some of the toys' elastic did break in the first week, but I think that may be because it was grown men launching them pretty far. Kids may not be able to break them as easily.
