Returns are handled through the seller and not through Amazon. The seller charges a 25% restocking fee and the process is very complicated. The unit did not work. It would not puncture the CO2 cartridges entirely causing them to just spurt and leak not filling the tire and you would have to open up the pump in order to just let the CO2 exhaust out because the top of the cartridge was just barely punctured. if I folded up a piece of paper very very small and put in the bottom under the CO2 cartridge. The unit will puncture the cartridge correctly. Not worth my hands or eyes to use this unit when you’re dealing with freezing cold CO2 there are better options out there. I know this because I have purchased them. I will be looking for a different unit .

This device simply does not operate. Installing the cartridge as shown in the instructions and then operating the device per the instructions resulted in no tire inflation, no gas emerged at all and the device could not be safely drained of CO2 pressure after cartridge installation.Attempting to return the item to seller is difficult - the normal Amazon return procedures do not seem to work and I can't get an answer from the company on the phone.

Annoyed with this pump. I was able to pump up my tire and it worked fine when I tested it out for the first use. When I had a flat on trail, it failed. The slide mechanism that diverts the air into the tire is poorly thought out and freezes/sticks.Can't recommend

Used this to repair a flat while out riding today. Best design I have seen in one of these co2 inflators. The head of the inflator locks unto the tube valve and the air is released by simply pushing down on the body of the inflator. Very positive with no wasted air.

A little bigger and heavier than I expected. Other than that no problems or complaints.
