I have gotten a few pairs of shoes from amazon and these are some of the first that i actually don't love. They are cute but look kind of cheap - maybe that's the effect that the raffia has but I would skip these ones personally

I normally wear a size 8 and ordered my normal size 8. Unfortunately, these are way too big on me, and I recommend sizing down a full size (see my pics). The style is great though and I wish these fit me. They do have some padding on the foot bed and I couldn't fully test them for comfort as my arch doesn't fit the shape of the larger shoe and I can't walk in them. Hopefully I can exchange these for a smaller size.

This shoe is cute but runs wide. I wear an 8 regular in most shoes but I couldn’t keep them on my feet. Not comfortable to walk in. They also took a really long time to arrive so the event I was going to wear them to had passed when they finally came in.

I like the Pizz Annu Sandals more than I thought I would and they are more comfortable than I thought they would be. The strap across the toes is not too tight and the more I wore them the more comfortable they became. I like a little bit of a heel, but being in my 70's I don't wear a high heel anymore. These cute chunky heels are perfect at 2.5" and there is a little bit of cushion to the insole. The raffia color is perfect and matches practically with any outfit and they fit true to size. I am very pleased with the quality, style and fit and definitely would reorder in other colors.
