This could have been so good with just a few tweaks! It's not terribly bright, but enough to round out the lighting in most indoor situations for things like video calls or other filming. I really like the RGB mode for adding a pop of color to your shot. The controls are a little annoying to use though. I would have much preferred a little display that tells you what color temperature or color you're displaying rather than just a simple potentiometer with no feedback or clicks or anything. It's basically impossible to match colors for accurate lighting so using this is really just a guess and check kind of thing. Fine for hobby use, but way too slow of a process for any more intensive and reliable use.

The 129 LED Clip light came promptly and was easy to set up right out of the box. Comes with a clip that can mount to anything you can mount a clip to with the other side being a cold-shoe mount that mounts to the light itself.Using it primarily for an on-camera video fill light when shooting video. Mounts well to cold shoe with the adapter that is included. Light can be mounted horizontally or vertically. It can also be mounted to a rail or cage as seen in the images i've provided. One of things I really liked about this light is that it uses actual knobs instead of buttons to control the color temperature and brightness. This is such a breath of fresh air as nowadays, a lot of video and RGB lights use buttons which can be cumbersome and time consuming. The ability to just slide your thumb over the slider knobs and increase, decrease brightness is a welcome change and one of the reasons I really like this little light. Its not a super intense bright video light but in most cases will do just fine. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally as there are (2) 1/4" threads built into the light that will let you mount it either way. There is one button (on/off/mode selection) and two thumbwheels. Thumbwheels control brightness and color (or color temperature depending on which mode you're in).Price is a slightly high at $40. But, if you can get it at a cheaper price may be well worth it. Its actually worth it at 40 bucks but a little on the high side compared to others. The fact that it has thumbwheels to control the brightness is a big plus for me though. It also has more LED's than some others and it does have an alright diffuser built in.Comes with light, instruction book, power cord for charging, clip to clip to your phone or other item and coldshoe adapter to 1/4".Is actually a great addition for a starting videographer on a budget!

As a user of studio lighting and ring lights, I picked this up in the hopes that it'd be a decent portable lighting solution when I don't want to drag a ring light along with me. While I've been quite pleased with the Beltier 10" foldable ring light for it's compact all in one packaging, sometimes, that's a little too big for a handbag.Enter this product. It's the size of your average smartphone and comes with everything you need to put a respectable amount of light on your subject in low-light settings. One complaint I've had with most ring lights is that I can't escape having some glare on my glasses. By placing this on top of my phone, I was able to point the light down on me and take pictures and video where there was no glare - and my eyes are visible. There are multiple light options, warm, cool, flashing, and several color options. For the most part, I'll stick to white. The light is rechargeable and comes with a standard USB A to USB C charging cable. I appreciate that I didn't have to mess with any cords while using it, which immediately places this at the front of my list for simple phone photography or video. I haven't tried it on my DSLR yet, but expect that it will work similarly if I'm videoing one subject outdoors in a low light situation.Overall, I'm quite pleased with this product and look forward to using it during upcoming travels.

I'd go on and on why this is an amazing light, but I could go over the character limit, so I'll just get to the pros and pros.Weighing in at 5 5/8oz, at 4 1/4x 2 3/4x 1/2" with every color under the sun, welcome the D10S.Perfectly diffusing cover over the LEDs.Pretty much every color of the rainbow and in between ("Crayola" would be jealous).Strobe effects I can't even understand, slap a magnet strip on the back it's instantly an emergency road light. The dials are sick. When steady, it's temp/color and brightness, but OMG, when strobing, that's when I'm lost my mind. The temp dial now controls the flash duration and as I mentioned, the effects choices are crazy. It doesn't feel cheap at all. There's even a sticker on the back showing temp colors, this thing was well designed. The clip is a complaint I see, but it's clearly made to accommodate larger phone cases.I will be using this for my laptop and it does press rather bad against the screen, but with some adhesive bumper pads on the cover it sits nice without pressure, I'll find a better fix.Do they still take away flashlights when you go to a concert, disguise this as a cellphone and flash the band, haha.At an almost $40 we're talking Govee price point and I hope this thing lasts as long?I'll be using it till the battery dies, charge it, and repeat. and will update for sure, cause I really Love this little beast. If you haven't guessed, I recommend this light.
