I was very happy at the beginning. Easy to use. I have used it like 5 times and stopped working for no reason!!!. Does not charge and does not turn on. Money wasted!

Super easy to use, super compact and portable, and fairly good print quality. Thanks to this, I don’t need to buy a bulky printer and expensive ink that dries out constantly, when all I need to print out is return labels every once in a while .

This is a pretty good printer for what it is. I was not made for photos and really detailed heavy printing like ink jets but the poor thing sure tries. It just doesn't have enough heat to keep up the print before it fizzles out and the picture starts fading out like "it ran out of ink"Only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't rest itself after each page so if you're printing off of the fan fold paper eventually things get off track and your file or image creeps closer and closer to the edge and every 2 or 3 pages you have to stop and adjust the paper. I don't like the rolls because they well, roll and I don't want to do single sheet because I'd have to feed one in for every single page and that is just too much for me.I do like this printer though. I don't have to do much printing and it's rare but when I need to it is inconvenient to go somewhere to find a pri ter to use so I bought this. Not much to complain about. It's easy to use and the app is easy. Connects with no issues for me. Just don't get this with high expectations of great prints like ink jet. This is basic stuff for the most part but it does really good for just that.

I purchased this item for a month long international trip, and it saved the day! I had a couple co-workers needed some travel documents printed and not digital for the specific airport we went to. They were able to email the files to me, and I converted them to PDF and printed them while we were in line. Had another instance where we needed to 'print' our tickets rather than accepting digital, and were able to do so with ease.The printer itself operated pretty well, I did not have any issues with the quality, though I do want to emphasize this is similar to receipt paper, it's not a high resolution printer. It also printed fairly quickly, and fit in the water-bottle holder in my backpack. After downloading the app, I was also able to quickly figure out how to use it and connect to the printer wirelessly.

La Phomemo M832 est une véritable révolution pour mes besoins d’impression. Sa portabilité est un énorme avantage : légère et compacte, elle se glisse facilement dans un sac et peut être utilisée partout.La qualité d’impression est excellente, que ce soit pour des étiquettes ou des documents Elle est également très économique grâce à l’absence d’encre (technologie thermique), ce qui la rend encore plus pratique pour un usage ponctuel.La batterie tient bien la charge, et l’installation a été un jeu d’enfant. En prime, son design moderne est un vrai plus. Si vous cherchez une imprimante portable fiable, polyvalente et performante, je vous recommande vivement la Phomemo M832 ! Avec son sac, elle est parfaitement rangée.

Hace poco adquirí esta impresora térmica portátil y no podría estar más contenta con la compra. Es muy fácil de usar y me resultó sencillo conectarla tanto al Mac como al iPad.Pero lo que más me gusta es su increíble portabilidad y diseño compacto, lo que la hace ideal para llevar a todas partes, sobre todo en mi caso que viajo bastante.La calidad de impresión es sorprendentemente nítida para una impresora térmica. Los textos salen perfectamente legibles. Además, no requiere tinta, lo que supone un ahorro considerable a largo plazo.Otro aspecto que me ha gustado es su velocidad de impresión. Además, los materiales de los que está hecha parecen de buena calidad.La verdad es que esta impresora ha superado mis expectativas. Recomiendo totalmente su compra.PD: un 10 para el servicio técnico, me surgieron algunas dudas sobre su uso y me las resolvieron súper rápido.

Meilleur achat de tte ma vie je ne sais pas pourquoi je me suis fais chié avec des imprimantes standard ! Je recommande sa fonctionne super bien et les rouleaux fournis A4 ne peuvent faire que 7 feuilles alors prévoir une réserve de rouleau. C’est fournis avec une pochette chargeur et câble.

I have two other Phomemo printers and this is now my third. When I use for labels at work, the other I use for printing envelope and shipping labels, and this one is for printing on paper. It requires a special thermal paper, but it’s very affordable. It’s really awesome because I can print directly from my phone. I am using this to print my family’s weekly calendar in our grocery list. All I need to do is Select the document and print it and bam it’s done. This is not a traditional printer like what you would type a letter or a school paper. Think more along the lines of a thermal receipt printer at a retail store, but on larger paper and higher quality. Since it is thermal, it only prints in black-and-white, but it’s surprisingly great quality for affordable and compacted is. It comes with a neat case and the charging accessories .I also want to mention with my label printer I had a minor technical issue and their customer service team was extremely helpful quickly responding via email. I love their products and will definitely be buying one again in the future.

This printer is awesome! My son has a construction company and he takes this to the job sites with him. He prints bids, pictures, drawings, among other things for his projects. I bought this as a Christmas gift for him and he says it’s been a huge help.

Downloading the app was very easy and it worked successfully. It was here I learned, when attempting to test print, that you have load your pdfs, images or office files into this app.I attempted to connect it to my laptop, but this failed completely. Unlike my cellphone. I may have to get past my frustration and begin downloading files into the app instead my default cellphone storage area.I attempted to return, but further learned they will not accept a return without the original shipping box and lable.

I used this a few times now for work.Overall i would rate it a 3.8/5My job requires me to print sign-off sheets once work is completed.This seems like the absolute best choice for such a purpose because it is portable, connects to my phone and will not run out of ink. As far as i know Phomemo have a lot of different models of thermal printer, and they seem to be one of only a handful of manufacturers. I chose to stay away from other big name brands like epson and canon because those are very expensive and probably not much better.Using the Phomemo app you must select which files to print, just like a regular printer, however i have had problems with this process as some documents are not supported. I don't know why, i am selecting the correct .pdf format, but it doesn't print. It may be due to the pdf file being locked or edited or something, i have no idea. But i have had like 90% of the prints are successful and the printer itself seems to be working great mechanically, just the app is kinda annoying and has some pop up windows and ads and should be improved.I have had a lot of problems with inkjet printers (HP, Epson) in the past because i would let them sit and the ink would dry out, then the whole printer and cartridge would need repair, often costing more than replacing the whole printer which made me very frustrated. The cost of ink far outweighs the cost of thermal paper when doing a direct comparison. Thermal printers also seem much more reliable.
