Worked beside my old filter was a paper gasket and the rubber gasket did not seal very well so had to take off and use gasket sealer to make one

This won't work on 2006 Maxima SL. Not for an automatic transmission anyway but maybe a standard trans? Cant say for certain but the product itself looked OK.
