My ONLY complaint, the turning mechanism sucks, you have to step on the back bar and lift up the front wheels to turn it properly. But it was stable, it was nice and spacious for my 17lb rescue cat. Worth the price for sure, I don't think any of the other ones on this site will be much better so this is the safest bet.

This cat stroller with two detachable carriers is foldable, making it the perfect solution for transporting both of my cats to the vet office. Not only does it save space, but it also saves time when I need to take both cats on an outing.
