I was very surprised to find this dog kennel cover extremely thin. It also does not fit perfectly. The pattern came as pictured but this is not what I expected. If you want a thinner cover for your dog crate cover this is the one for you. But I don’t like the fit either - I just expected more -

Material is a little thin, but it is breathable (which is very important for your furry friend).Covers the crate as described.No strange smells or chemical smells from the cover as well, which is a huge plus.

Our dogs share a crate and the only open panels are front and top. Left is a wall, rear and right are couches. For the past five years the top has been covered by small 4' x 4' blankets. One of our dogs likes to sleep on top of the crate while we're watching TV so I wanted something a little more robust than the $5 Walmart blanket.This cover is way thinner than I expected. And I mean see through thin. I've been saying I was going to cover the top with a 1/4" sleet of plywood... I'll get around to it one of these days....

Got this for my puppy's crate. I need to move her crate near a wall vent and did not want the air to blow directly into her crate. This is a very thin fabric, so it should be very breathable. There are ties at each bottom corner that I can secure to the bottom of her crate to hold the sides in place. There is velcro on each of the 4 flaps so each can be rolled up individually and secured to the tabs on top of the crate. I like how secure the flap is for the side where her door is. I do not need to worry about it falling down or drooping in my way when opening and closing her crate. Overall, this should meet my needs well.
