This undercoat rake works really well for my Maine Coon cat. His breed has an undercoat, and this works well to reach into it and remove the loose fur. The teeth are nicely rounded so it’s not sharp or scratchy. Unlike some brushes, he doesn’t mind me using this one.

This brush is a little bit overkill in size for our Shiba Inu, but it meant we could cover his entire body quickly which is a must for us since once he decides he's done being brushed, he's done. It really helped with his summer shed, so for $8 it's absolutely worth it to us.

I've been using a long bristled angled pin brush on my golden retriever like so many groomers recommend, but at the end of the day, every day, the carpet has a coating of hair. I decided to try one of these undercoat rakes, and wow, does this thing make a difference. I've pictured this grooming rake with one pass over the top of my golden retriever. After about 10 minutes of using this, there was enough hair on the ground to knit a small poodle. :)Seems like it should last. It's comfortable to use and the dog seems to like it, too. It's also much easier to take the hair out than a pin brush. Hightly recommended.

The Ordermore Undercoat Rake seems to be constructed of quality, durable materials. The plastic handle provides a secure grip and is comfortable to hold during lengthy grooming sessions,. This is appreciated since my double-coated breed pup constantly sheds year round. The double row of stainless steel teeth easily glides through his dense fur to remove loose fur and help detangle when necessary. Using this rake has reduced the time I need to spend grooming my pup. Additionally, my pup seems more receptive to this particular grooming tool and actually welcomes his "rake massage" rather than trying to avoid his routine puppy plucking session.

Not only is this a comfortable brush to use (nice rounded handle, nothing shiny to reflect the sun back into your eyes), but my dogs seem more comfortable when doing a deshedding/brushing. Some dogs don't like certain types of brushes, so i try to get a good assortment and find one or two that each dog likes.Both of my shepherd mixes have a ton of undercoat, and this brush works well, gets the hair, and then the hair is easy to pull out of the brush. I also use this to pull hair out of other brushes. This is sturdy, and the tines are in there nice and tight. This should last for a long time!

This is an amazing grooming tool! I have tried so many different brushes and rakes to deshed my Siberian Husky. This one works wonderfully and he doesn't mind me brushing his coat out.

This is very similar to the rake I'm using right now that was recommended by my dog's breeder. I'm going to store one of the rakes in the garage so I can do a quick dematting before my dogs go inside the house after being out and about. This double row style is very effective in removing loose undercoat and mats. The handle is ergonomic and has a comfortable grip. This rake is perfect for my golden retrievers.

This pet rake brush is impressively crafted for quality. Its metal comb teeth effectively reach the undercoat when used at the correct angle, making it ideal for both surface and deeper grooming. Initially unsure if it would work on my short-haired pit mix, I was pleasantly surprised by its effectiveness in removing a significant amount of dead fur without discomfort. The sturdy handle adds to its durability, and considering its performance, it’s reasonably priced.
