We didn't have to worry about her escaping or falling out. The drawstring opening was easy to use and adjust.
You just have to make sure you secure your doggie inside carefully:
a: Zip them in completely
b: Use the Velcro tab to fully secure them in after zipping
c: Be very careful with the string pull-tie so they don’t get caught in it and so it’s also not too tight.
It allowed us to give just enough room for her to pop her head out and nothing more.
So comfortable!
You don’t have to worry about anything tight or uncomfortable on your shoulders.
The product is very lightweight and it doesn’t annoy you at all. You can also shift it in different positions, not just like how the picture shows.
Pets like it very much! This is a great pet carrier, at one point he burrowed himself inside and fell asleep, then refused to get out of it when I took it off and rested it down. It was her safe space, Comfortable, Super easy to use. She loved it.

This is a nice sling type pack. It is well make and it has a nice pattern. Its easy on the shoulders due to its well padded straps, and straps are adjustable. Its easy to put the dog in and he loves being carried in it he seem comfortable. It is a little big for my dog he is a 7 pound Shih Tzu. I just can't use it for more the 10 minutes at a time because it hurts my back. I think the sling type is a great idea if your back is in good shape.

Sizing is a little confusing. But measure from top of head to tip of tail. Mine came quickly but it’s too small but due to how sick he is. It will work as long as his neck is secure. I got this as a emergency I should’veGotten a medium. But product is very cute and my cat is very clingy so this should work, I will be getting a stroller which will work better for me and him. Just didn’t have the funds for the stroller soon I will be. So this will work due to the emergent situation.

My sweet little 4 lb pup fits amazingly in this little pouch. I love that it has an anchor hook to fasten to her harness/collar so if she gets too excited and tries to jump out, she remains fastened inside. It is breathable and was excellent this summer in the heat for walks, allowing airflow for her. The extra little pocket is nice to bring along puppy bags or little things you might need on your outing. I ordered this one for her and ordered one as a gift for someone else in the cow print. These are excellent! Plenty of space for her but not so much that she is being jostled around. Wonderful quality, very pleased with this purchase!

The sling is comfortable to wear, but my dog is tiny - just 3 lbs. It is a bit large for her.

My dog loves the carrier and feels perfectly safe during a walk. I love the cell pocket and adjustable strap. I don't find it very comfortable. Don't know if it needs more padding-- or if I need more practice. All in all, a very sturdy carrier.

I originally bought the large based on the size chart--it was too large. I have a long dog ~14"-15" long but he is skinny and small ~8lbs. I bought the medium and it seems to fit better. It looks like the dog is going to lay down the length of the bag, but that isn't the case. My dog sits in the bag upright. If he doesn't, the neck hole is too tall and he chokes. This was more of a problem with the large because the bag is deeper. If you think about the geometry of a triangle, this makes sense. The floor length the dog needs to sit (adjacent) and how tall he is when he sits (opposite) ends up being more important than the length of the dog (hypotenuse).I will say I've noticed how calming the bag is for my dog. I take him out to events and he usually goes crazy and he seems much calmer in the bag. I don't have to worry about people stepping on him in crowded places and it's hands free! The construction of the bag seems good and the print is beautiful.
