Everything was beautiful well put together. The wording was correct I love the box and the satin cloth used to cover the plaque. Came on time liked how they reached out to me to make sure all the words I sent were correct everything was perfect

The name on plaque was not printed as I'd requested. The recipient's name is not written in a normal way and instead of writing as I''d put in the order mock up or checking with me, they just went on and changed it. Not good. I did write them via the Contact Seller link and have not heard back from them. Again, not good!Part 2Yay! The company has produced another plaque and it looks great! It is exactly as it should be and as expected. Their price was good too. I'm quite satisfied!

The description was spot on to what was delivered and the packaging was awesome for the gift we wanted to recognize the individual with. Exactly what was shown on the order form was displayed, would use them again in the future.
