I bought this product May 24, 2019 used it for a month and every time I used it - it never picked up sand particles in bottom of pool and would shut off after 15 minutes. I would clean the basket (most times nothing in the basket) and restart.. This does not even deserve 1 star! I contacted the seller to get a refund within the 90 days and was refused the refund. I have since bought another unit (not from AMAZON). I am still fighting to get my refund. I purchase items from Amazon weekly - about 2 - 3 times a week and feel that this is ridiculous. The agreement clearly states refund with in 90 days. I should not have to pay to send it in for repairs... I want a refund.

This cleaner is amazing, especially with fine dirt. My pool had a ton of dirt from dust storms. This amazing machine cleaned it with only a couple cycles.

I HAVE AN ABOVE GROUD POOL, HALF IN THE GROUND, HALF ABOVE, WITH A VINYL LINER. THIS IS THE BEST THING EVER!!! YOU DONT HAVE TO HOOK ANYTHING UP TO THE FILTER, YOU JUST PLUG IT IN! I CAN NOT BELIVE IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO FIGURE THIS OUT, BUT THE PRICE IS WHAT MADE ME PROCRASTINATE. FIRST TIME I USED IT, IT CLEANED MY POOL SO BEAUTIFULLY. IT EVEN CRAWLS UP THE WALLS. DOES NOT TANGLE AT ALL. PUSH OF A BUTTON AND ITS READY TO GO. NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. SUPER EASY TO CLEAN THE FILTER AFTER ITS DONE. ITS RIDICULOUS!! MY POOL WAS NOT THAT DIRTY, SMALL AMOUNT OF DEBRIS ON BOTTOM, IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN OVER A WEEK, BUT HONESTLY, THE POOL LOOKED BETTER THAN IT EVER HAS. THEN IT RAINED LATER THAT NIGHT AND THE NEXT MORNING, THERE WAS A MORE NOTICEABLE AMOUNT OF DEBRIS ON THE FLOOR, SO I PUT IT IN THE POOL AGAIN, AND VIOLE! ITS CLEAN AGAIN! THIS IS A WONDERFUL THING TO HAVE. AND I CAN IMAGINE IT MUST PROLONG THE LIFE OF YOUR FILTER SINCE YOUR FILTER NEVER HAS TO DEAL WITH ALL THE DEBRIS FROM THE VACUUM. IF IT LASTS (NO JINX), AND I DEFINITELY INTEND ON TAKING GOOD CARE OF IT BECAUSE I WANT THIS TO LAST, BUT IF IT DOES LAST AND WORK FOR YEARS, THEN IT WILL BE WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT. I JUST DON'T GET WHY THESE THIGNS ARE SO EXPENSIVE, THEY'RE PLASTIC! BUT WHATEVER, ITS A WONDERFUL THING TO HAVE. FINGERS CROSSED!!!

Just got my Kreepy Krauly 910 today. Took it out of the box, stretched out the cord, plugged it in and away it went. I let it go through one cycle in a fairly dirty pool and it picked up probably 99% of the debris. I figured I might have to cycle it twice the first time but I was very impressed with how much it cleaned for the very first time. I was also VERY surprised at how it climbs up the wall on this above ground pool. It goes nearly half way up then back down without falling over! I will cycle it one more time tomorrow to get the rest of the debris that it stirred up but overall I am extremely impressed with it's performance. The liner on the bottom of my pool is getting old so is somewhat creased in spots. This cleaner travels right over them without issue. No issues with the cord tangling and it went right under the ladder. The basket sprayed out very easily afterwards and it took only minutes to drain it, wind up the cord and put it away. I look forward to the rest of this season with this wonderful machine!

The vacuum has only been used 4-5 time and works very well but fine particulate seems make its way through the filter.

I have an above ground 30 ft round pool. I cycle it twice. Picks up fine sand and rock. Happy so far. Very easy to use.

I am overly joyed with the Kreepy Krauly, I have used it every day since it arrived. Probably will use it often in the winter because of all the trees surrounding the pool. Picks up the finest of debris, even occasionally climbs the wall. Well worth the money.
