Needed a replacement to a system to match all of our DMSS systems that was IP based. Found one that was analog. Got it installed for a Quick Service Restaurant and they love it. And well it has lowered my service callas to maybe one or two because the interface is different so I had to record and take photos to figure out where things was. But after a while zero callas

Works fine with CVI cameras but not TVI.

I received an XVR 501H-16-S2, NOT what was listed. Also, how are you supposed to set this thing up with no manual. All it comes with is a 1 page pamphlet. Really? Other DVR's I've bought have a thick manual, even if it is on CD.Update 8-13-19. Found a manual on line at Dahua web site, but it tries to cover too many models and is not accurate for this model. Also audio input does not work, no matter which settings I use.

very nice video, I am pleased with the product, you can Only have One hard drive, it does not have room to add more drives, I dont know about tech support yet, I will find out.

It does not recognize TVI cameras (hikvision) as shown in the description, buy 4 hikvision cameras and now the XVR does not recognize them, false that it is compatible with TVI.
