Includes (1) PK10-RP2 24kt Gold Traditional Rollerball Pen Woodturning Project Kit. Features a 10mm dual tube design, a postable cap, and a black ink refill. Uses bushing set PK10-BUSH3. Minimum blank size needed to turn is 3/4" x 3/4" x 4-1/2". Make a truly elegant writing instrument. Postable cap. In assembly there is a plastic piece that covers the tip inside the cap. The way the instructions state to assemble is confusing and the slot for a flathead screwdriver etc.... to adjust the plastic piece so the cap fits closely adjacent to center piece is not accurate and actually doesn't turn to adjust the piece, if you can find something to fit into the slots. The piece is too long and why they made it that way is puzzling, it's suppose to cover the tip to help keep it from drying out as fast, withbthat said make it the length of the pen tip and be done with it. I just cut it short before assembly. Also, if using resin/other than wood type blanks, beware as the clip on the pen cap is seated and a notch needs to be cut to seat it properly and any blank used other than wood can be cracked/split in trying to create this notch after sizing on lathe.
