Works as described just didn’t quite work in my application. Easy to install. Just check the size of your main shower head as the spray pattern didn’t clear mine. Still a decent product.

I'm not great at installing this kind of bars to the fact that the installation was not the easiest will be blamed on myself and not on this product.The older itself is very strong and well made, no defects that I could tell, my only problem is to my personal inability to install it.

I got this after the original holder on my hand held shower head failed. I tried the suction cup kind but it kept falling off....within minutes. I didn't want to drill into the tile so this seemed like a good option.Installation was easy and it comes with a tiny roll of plumbers tape so no leaking. It took less than 10 minutes to put it between the main pipe and the shower head hose. Since this is designed as a "side" option for a dual head shower, the angle is a bit odd. But I was able to tweak it to work. It was originally tight to undo/change position but all of the joints/connection points do move, once loosened. Hopefully, it will keep its position.One thing to note is that the opening of the holder is narrow. It seems designed to hold more traditional handheld shower heads. Mine is a bit wider so it barely fits in the holder and the angle is odd. It would have been better if it had that dual-sized opening.

Incredibly simple yet clean design, easy to install, & very well made. The shower arm bracket is very durable, so my handheld shower attachment no longer falls over in this holster. Its angle is easy to adjust, and will not move or fall over like many other attachments I've tried. I've tried two other shower arm attachments, and this one easily outperformed the others and looks the best. It takes no more than five minutes to install and anyone would be able to do it. It seems very well made and has a nice weight and feel when you hold it.This shower arm attachment is a little longer than most others I've tried and seen on the market, which initially caused concern. Fortunately, my shower has enough space for it to properly fit once installed. Now that I've used it, I not only love it but prefer it over the shorter-length ones available.Easily the best handheld shower head attachment I've tried, and highly recommend anyone buying it.

I feel so bougie not having to have a stickybacked mount on my shower wall. But heads up, the hose mount will end up getting closer to the shower wall (if you're mounting to a typical shower arm that bends downward). My hose barely clears it.

Installed the weekend. Worked as described. I used Teflon tape to ensure water tight seal. Does not hold the shower head, the hose nut is seated in the holder. Works great, stiff to twist in the upright position. Which is a good thing to keep it held in the desired position.
