This patch panel is working perfectly for my use case -- a compact unit for 12 ethernet cable runs in the wiring cabinet of my house. I do not have room for a standard rack-mount, so the compact size of this item was key. Also the plastic 89D wall mount bracket can be screwed in to the cabinet with any orientation (mine is vertical). The heavy metal front connection plate completely detaches from the mount bracket, making click-in installation of standard keystone connectors very easy. Then, it's just a matter of bundling/tying the incoming cables in a neat manner.

The 12 port bar is extremely solid, you won't have problems with it warping or releasing the keystone jacks by mistake. It comes with a plastic bracket so you can connect it directly to a wall or whatever, which is nice as we have a project her with multiple small buildings, each with a few devices in them. So we can run a line underground to the building, the wires to the devices, and terminate them at this port bar. Since it's keystone, i can also put in an HDMI port or whatever i want as well, which is nice for this project. Super happy with this, it's better quality than i expected!
