Bought for my 3 year old granddaughter for one of her big sis gifts. It’s a great idea, but as review said, the colors aren’t dark enough especially for a 3 year old to understand. I tried showing her to add water and lightly swirl the paint around, but it wasn’t working for her. She was digging the paintbrush into the paints to try and get more paint on the brush which didn’t work. I wouldn’t buy this again unless they improve the paint quality.

Such a cute idea where you just need water and rub the paint on top to get the color and then paint the paper. They were great and it has quality thick paper to avoid bleeding through. Tons of fun for adults and kids alike!

My grandson LOVED this coloring book! It was awesome that he had his paints on each page. I would tear out a page and he would use the paints to color his picture. It was so much easier being able to tear the page out. He could work on a nice flat surface instead of a book that won't stay flat.

Easy to use for small painters. You need to add LOTS of water to each paint rectangle, in order to achieve color vibrancy. Granddaughter complained the color was too thin ( sheer tint) and we had to encourage her to keep mixing each color to achieve results. The graphics are good, it's easy to use.
