I ordered this paint mixer for a primary bedroom/bathroom remodel project. I already owned a larger version designed explicitly for five-gallon paint buckets and wanted a downsized version for smaller containers.I like this product for a few key reasons.First, this mixer's compact and lightweight design, compared to my previous one, makes it a breeze to store, carry, and operate.Second, the hex handle accommodates a smaller drill chuck, so I don't need to bring my larger (and heavier) drill to the job site.Third, the design of the mixer paddles does an excellent job of blending the paint. However, I recommend against using this mixer in a five-gallon container if you plan to mix the entire five gallons. The mixer shaft needs to be longer to handle this volume; otherwise, you risk your drill getting into the paint.Otherwise, my experience with this paint mixer has been very good, and I am very satisfied with its performance.

Look, you don't need a fancy mud mixer most likely. Cement isn't anything special usually and any ol mixing attachment will do (my guess for most people). However, I would like one that is going to hold up between uses. You can see that the paint is coming off already (probably didn't need to paint it yellow anyways) and the head isn't quite evenly built. It's kind of bent and such. It feels like I could just easily rip it apart and my guess is that will happen quickly either during use or on my shelf. There are plenty of other mixing attachments for the same or similar price. I'd check those out.

Same as another reviewer im concerned about quality of this. For light duties such as paint i dont think there would be any issues, though I've just mixed up a batch of levelling cement and this is already slightly bent out of shape with some chips in the yellow paint (from it making contact with plastic!). If i paid for this i would return it and spend almost the same amount to buy a better product locally
