I really hate the hospitality industry going to wooden cutlery. I understand why but I find I’d rather not eat than put a wooden spoon or fork to my mouth. This compact set is perfect for my needs. It fits perfectly in my purse or car. It’s tiny when it’s in its case. However, when assembled, it’s sleek and elegant. Love my purchase so much that I bought a set for my kid. I rave about this where ever I go.

I don't go camping any more, but I do eat at fast food restaurants and like the idea of skipping the plastic. The compact design means that the kit fits in my purse so it'll always be there when needed.

This is a useful, well thought out, product. The storage is easy to carry. Assembling into sturdy utensils goes quickly. I use for times when I want a nice utensil or to eschew using cheap, often inadequate utensils when traveling. Especially if I doubt the cleanliness of public layout of other utensils (this applies at some restaurants too). I get frequent compliment on these and have given as gifts. These are a bit heavy, so I do not carry on say backpacking outings, yet that heft is what makes them feel good to use. One improvement I suggest is making the screw joints a bit tighter. These can slip a bit if the user doesn't really bear down in assembling. An alternative might be a drop of locktite to give some resistance to the screw joint. I have not done this personally yet as not found source for just a few drops of locktite for its cost otherwise. Speaking of cost, this is not an inexpensive product. I don't agree they are too expensive. They are made well of good materials, to good design. You get what you pay for generally.

This is a great product for anyone in need of a Portable & Reusable Stainless Steel Travel Cutlery Set (Whale Blue). The only drawback is that it cannot be brought through security at the airport. They will take the knife. If used for travel in a car or at the beach I would recommend.

I use these every day at work, they are very convenient and ecofriendly since I'm not disposing plastic cutlery every day now. Also, because they are metal, I no longer have to worry about ingesting microplastics. I recommend everyone to have one of these sets for work, car, travel, or even camping. My only problem is that sometimes it feels that the screw in the knife is a bit course out. Other than that, good grip, easy to clean, light and easy to handle.

Tl;dr good set but heavy. Chopsticks are too heavy to use easily. Overall not good quality product.I bought these because I thought I might really enjoy them for camping and backpacking. Unfortunately, they are way too heavy. I definitely won't be taking them backpacking, but I could with using the set for car camping and travel! They're fun to play around with and the utensils generally work fine for eating; however, the chopsticks are a bit too heavy to use fluidly. I would highly recommend getting the set without the chopsticks. They seem to be well machined and the matte black brushed look is dope. Seem to be made of quality materials too.
