Instructions were clear and assembly didn't take long. Maybe about an hour. The unit looks nice and creates a pleasant ambience when lit but you have to get really close to feel much heat from it. I bought the cover and the wind guard but if you put the cover over the wind guard a dip forms which gathers water. Better to take the wind guard glass off first I think. All in all a good purchase.

I spent a great deal of time searching for the right fire pit that would add a special feeling to my deck. This one was it. It was easy to assemble, is well made, great color and the added glass screen and blue glass make it dazzle in the evening. We received so many compliments from our friends The price was great

Rain covers is great didn’t blow off in heavy winds, and the wind guard does its function perfectly also keeps your drinks on the table shielded from the heat

I must’ve had terrible luck the week I purchased this. The hardware (screws and bolts) for this, as well as the hardware for a separate product I bought from a different company, did not arrive in the packaging. However, the customer service was great and they shipped it right out to me separately without any additional cost. Their gas fireplace is amazing, so I wasted NO TIME buying these accessories to store it outside and to make the most of the experience overall. NOT DISAPPOINTED! The lid allows for you to use as a table, the guard helps to put those with young children at easy and it great at blocking some wind, and the cover is super fitted and contours to sit just perfectly on the unit. It was super simple to put together. The fireplace has a built in storage space for the lid itself. So the only drawback, if I had to nit pick, is that if you have the unit covered, and are not using the windguard, there is no place to store it with the unit itself. So I just have it sitting in the house in a nook.

Very happy with the glass kit! It makes me feel like I am with my wife at a Sandals resort in St Lucia or Exuma, Bahamas!Within a few minutes of me turning it on even at the low power flame level one of the rocks popped and exploded and I burnt a hole in my seat cushion on my patio furniture. I called the company and talk to Carmella I believe she’s a customer service manager and she is amazing the best customer service person I’ve ever spoken with or interacted with, seriously.She funded me the order and made sure myself, family and seat cushion is okay. She also is replacing the rocks.My guess is the heat temperature from cool to very hot caused one of the rocks to pop. The wicker material looks great in sturdy and should do pretty well in some light weather but I would recommend getting a cover especially for rain storms or obviously snow storms like here in New England.It is easy to put together and you can do it by yourself although I had my wife and would probably recommend having a second hand to hold things together if it all possible.The wicker material looks great and sturdy and should do pretty well in some light weather but I would recommend getting a cover especially for rain storms or obviously snow storms like here in New England.Getting it to turn on and lighting it is easy although myself and other reviews I’ve read it doesn’t turn on right away sometimes so just shut it off and then turn the dial again and it should ignite the second or third time if not the first time.The amount of propane that I’m using in the fire pit has been pretty good as well I only had about a half of a tank full and I’ve used it about three times probably for three or four hours total and I’ve heard you can get between eight and 12 hours in a full tank so I’m satisfied thus far.The flames are a good height it’s not too high so if you’re expecting like an actual fire then this is probably not for you but it probably goes up 4 inches at the max or somewhere around there.No cons

We live in Nova Scotia, close to the ocean, so we get a fair amount of wind. The wind protector is a no-brainer. It keeps someone from getting burned and you can still enjoy the look and the warmth.I also like the glass lid insert and the protective cover. We spent a good amount of money on this so we want to keep it in good shape for as long as possible.It was easy to assembly and each piece does exactly what it's intended to do. Very happy.

Assembly easier with 2 people . A beautiful & useful add on to the fireplace table . Glass is thick & works well as “ wind shield “- lid is functional & adds a touch of class when in use . Quick delivery & well packaged to avoid damage in shipping .

Where to start?? My wife and I have been looking for a fire table for a long time to go on our screened porch. Most tables we liked were $1600 or more and that's why we've drug out buying anything. We found the Outland Fire Table and thought it look as nice or better than than anything we'd seen so we bought the Fire Table and accessory pack of wind screen, glass lid and cover. The quality of materials and fit and finish of the table and accessories is excellent. Actually, much nicer than expected and we expected a lot. The table was easy to assemble and its a small detail but adds to my satisfaction, they include extra screws. How many times have you tried to put something together and find out you're short a screw. I think it took about 30-40 mins to unpack and put together. Here's a construction tip -FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS - on cutting (or not cutting) the straps until step 6. If you get the accessories after the table is put together, it is very simple to lie on the ground to mount the storage brackets that hold the glass lid when not in use. It's simpler and much quicker than following their directions to empty the glass rocks, remove the glass top and turn the table upside down - totally not necessary. One other tip - the cover is VERY fitted but it does fit - there's a Youtube video and it's worth watching. It is the one semi complaint I have - I think its too tight - some drawcords or velcro straps would allow for easier on off of the cover. Now for Customer Service - I was given a delivery window of about 7-10 days for the table - it showed up in 5, the accessories where shipping from Canada and had to go thru Customs and that was a 10-12 day window. They showed up 7 days. So both shipments were early. I did have a minor issue with the metal on the glass lid - there was a crimp on both sides that probably occurred in production - not a big deal but if they could swap it out I'd send it back, if not I could live with it. They responded within 24hrs - apologized and asked that I fill out a warranty claim on line. I was slow to fill it out, they sent a reminder email and wanted to resolve the issue. Once I filled it out, they Fedex'd a replacement and didn't want the damaged one returned - so no trip for me to Fedex to ship a return. Their Customer Service is A+ based on my experience. Makes me feel even better about our new fire tableOverall, we've had a great experience in dealing with Outland and couldn't be happier with our purchase!

We love the Outland Fire Table. It was easy to assemble (we purchased the flame/wind guard at the same time which we recommend to do).It is a High quality Fire table , attractive and made with quality materials.Easy to hook up propane tank.Flames are adjustable heights, and flame/wind guard reflects theFlames for added effect.It has a spot to hold the flame cover while using, and fire table cover.The fire table cover is a good quality as well.We would recommend this item.

I ordered the Outland Living 3 piece set at the same time I ordered the fire table. All items arrived at the exact same time.The vinyl cover fits perfectly over the fire table and will protect it nicely from the elements.The clear glass wind fence is very solid and gives the fire table a very classy look.The glass lid fits flush in the fire table so you can transform your fire table into a regular table. However, I felt that the workmanship on the glass lid was not that great. I could definitely see the welding and polishing marks on the chrome edging surrounding the lid. Also, the chrome edging was not adhered that well to the glass so it is loose in a couple of places. The chrome rings are nice though!Overall, I would recommend the 3 piece set it to anyone who wants to compliment their Outland Fire Table.
