New front door hanging fixture. Looks and works great. Added dusk to dawn light bulb to increase functionality.

Just pop in a dust to dawn sensor LED bulb and you're good to go. I tried different color temperatures and I like the 3000k warm white the best. The 2700k warm white was nice as well but a little too warm for my liking.

Before installation, remove two Phillips screws to remove glass unit. This will make the fixture much lighter and easier to attach the wires. This has to be done anyway to remove the Styrofoam packing inside the fixture.

The construction is solid and looks good. I don’t like the glass - sort of a pock mark type to look old I think, but better than the ripple glass so many have now. None seem to have removable panels so you can clean them so I guess pay attention and give a soft brushing once a month (?) But these look good and my porch is not dark so I’m happy. I hired an electrician to install so I can’t speak to easy installation.

The only thing I didn’t like about this pendant was the cover piece was very small. I ended up ordering a different mounting bracket/cover because the hole in the ceiling was larger than the mount it came with, and it did not look good with the big gap showing. Besides that I would give it five stars for everything else. I love how these looks

Can’t say it’s brightness is a quality of the actual fixture. The bulb I put in however, yes? Was easy to install we love the light. Doesn’t come with a light but did have all instructions and hardware
