Attention

  1. During the drilling process, the pilot pin will retract into the cutter allowing lubrication to reduce heat gain in the slug.
  2. Insert the ejector pin inside the annular cutter,never use an annular cutter without an ejector pin.
  3. Using lubricant or coolant with any type of annular cutter is a must. A correct lubrication and coolant delivery more life for annular cutters. HSS annular cutters required Cutting oil, not coolant.

Using this on a mag drill and cuts through thick guage steel like butter, very impressive how this cutter can work on such a large dia on thick gauge materials.

I haven't had the chance to run this cutter yet, but I did look it over and It looks very high quality at first glance.I've bought expensive and "cheap" cutters over the years and this one looks like it will keep up with the best of them. You can generally tell if a HSS tool is going to be a good one by looking at the grind and finish on it.
