It looks great however I’m having a hard time seeing it up. I’m sure it’s something that I’m doing wrong and not the fault of the product.

Over 4 days I spent probably 12 hours trying to get my Telo Air to work - following every instruction. Contacted customer support FOUR TIMES without any satisfaction. Returning the product to Amazon. I should have read forum reviews on OOMA and its customer support.Be cautious if you purchase this product, Be prepared for an APP that is worthless to set up your equipment, customer support that is non-supportive and online help that is useless.

I needed a phone for my home office and did not want to use home landline or cell. Ooma was perfect solution. Great sound quality with reliable full function desk phone, including voice mail with forwarding to cell, laptop, and tablet, and with separate dedicated number. Both initial equipment cost and monthly service cost are very reasonable.

Phone quality is exceptional and I am completely satisfied with the product and the quality of the calls. Free voice mail is awesome and the ability to add lines with a very reasonably priced extension or those of us that still have to use a fax machine from time to time. Definitely recommend.

Service is fine, but we were assigned a used number that gets collection calls daily. The system takes multiple steps and too much time to delete unwanted voice mail. Archaic.
