My fingers slipped when I was using the included tool to tighten the bolt - the tool went flying and I discovered that it had deformed the head of the bolt and the tool now no longer fit into the head. I had to use a thin screwdriver and a hammer to force the head back into a shape where I could just barely use the tool to remove the bolt. (As this was on a new bike, I didn't want to continue using this bolt and risk not being able to adjust the seat height, or not being able to tighten the bolt enough.)

After tightening up first time , the key stopped grip and became loose can’t tighten or untighten anymore , my seat post is going down and I can’t unrighteousness to raise it I have to get it cut or unlock the bolt on other end somehow. Too many small teeth end up loosing grip uonce power applied to them
