I use this chair daily mostly for craft projects. I found it very easy to assemble. It is very sturdy and comfortable. I find myself sitting in the chair to read. It is easy to adjust the height. I don't use the rocking motion but did test it out and found it easy to use.I love that the arms fold up. It might seem like a silly thing but that was one of the reasons I picked this chair. The other silly reason is the color. A nice white. Not cream, not grey, brown or black! I have a white desk and I wanted a white chair. I can slide the chair, under the desk when I am not using it.This chair had the features I wanted, at a price that was in my budget. The Ergonomic seat is great. The chair arrived well packed. The instructions are in there! After I had it half put together, I found the instructions with the chair cushion. The instructions are here online too thankfully.

First and foremost, I love the chair and it is solid and the finishing touches are beautiful! I thought about every detail when ordering and designing my space, down to the sleek chrome legs and flip-up arms!! The issues we had would not be cause for return because they worked out and also because it’s a heavy and cumbersome box and we were able to fix the issues. I wish this product came with extra screws because one of the screws was not machined right and almost caused us the strip the housing (rendering the chair useless). I gave my husband the go ahead to push past the resistance and it worked out in the end but it was scary because it could have been costly. Be careful because these tend to want to cross-thread due to the insulation inside the screw holes. We tried are best to clear any debris and fabric obstructions. Also the screws caught on the leather that was covering the hole and at one point my husband couldn’t tighten or loosen the screw because it was caught and the screw was recessed in the arm so we couldn’t see the actual issue but assumed that’s what happened. It’s definitely easier with two people, especially connecting the arms to the chair bottom and back. We played some music to jam to as to not get frustrated with the process. Lastly, the back bolster is uneven and is on a spring so it is not adjustable. That was disappointing to see once the whole chair was assembled so not sure if it settles with pressure or time or if this will create comfort issues long-term but it wasn’t noticeable when sitting in it and it’s not very obvious at a distance either. All-in-all, I’m happy with the chair and it is not cheaply made. Great value for the money! If it weren’t for the screw issues (the debris in housing and machined issue) and bolster, it’s get 5 stars. This is my first real adult home office chair so I was excited for the finished product. Feels good and comfortable and the recline is awesome. If it had an ottoman (like gaming chairs) and a massager, I could easily kick back and go to sleep in it lol.

Great Office chair. I work from home and am sitting in my chair 7 - 10 hours a day sometimes. The chair cushion is very thick and back support is good as well. The roller blade wheels glide easily on my carpet and overall the chair is very comfortable and looks good. Seems like the material on the chair is very good quality. It was fairly easy to put together by myself, except for the arms which took an extra person to help get them lined up to screw in. The chair is for a medium height person. I am a shade under 5'10, 220 pounds and my head is a little over the top of the highest point on the chair. I can still rest my neck on it, but I would say if you are taller than I am, this might not be the chair for you. The only complaints are the chair does squeak a little and one of the arm rests seems to have a little less padding than the other. Of course, with all office chairs, it's how long they last without the chair seat going flat or anything else breaking on it. Only time will tell on that, but a month into having the chair, overall seems great and is very comfortable.

This chair exceeded my expectations and I give it five stars overall.Packaging. The box containing my chair had clearly been opened previously and poorly repacked, making me skeptical that parts might be missing or damaged. And indeed a plastic piece covering the part of the chair base where the legs attach was cracked (see photo). However, the cracked plastic piece is still functional and the rest of the chair seemed fine. Grade: CInstructions. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. Grade: AEase of Assembly. It was a little tricky mounting the seat and chairback to the armrests, but I was able to unpack the chair parts and assemble the chair in under an hour. Grade: BQuality of Materials. The overall quality of the materials seems surprisingly high for a chair at this price (around $200), and I really like the metal legs and rollerblade-style wheels. Grade: AQuality of Construction. The overall quality of the construction is probably higher than what I would have expected for a chair at this price. Grade: AComfort and Fit. This chair is quite comfortable. The adjustable seat height allows me to sit higher than my previous cheap office chair and the chair has nice lumbar support. The upper section of the chairback might serve as a headrest for short or medium-height people, but not for me (height 6’2”). The top of my shoulders are level with the top of the chairback, but this doesn’t really bother me. Grade: AOverall, I was annoyed with the poor packing job, but I really like the chair. Overall Grade: A (Five stars)
