These are high quality oetiker clamps. They didn’t work for my application but it’s not the fault of the clamps. 9/16” is the ID of the clamp when fully open. I bought these to use on 9/16” OD, 5/16” ID gas tubing, they slide onto the tube perfectly. Turns out the barbs I bought were slightly oversized at 3/8”, so after they were jammed in there, the OD at the area to be clamped was actually 5/8”, so these were too small. Be advised, if you’re trying to use this in a draft beer setup where oversized barbs are commonly provide by vendors, these clamps probably will not work for you, get a slightly larger size. If your barbs are true 5/16”, these should work.
