I first ordered a men's medium, which is what I always wear. That one was so small I couldn't fit in it. So I ordered a large and it fits just like the picture, like a second skin. I'd be more comfortable if it was a bit larger. O'Neil uses UK sizing and I guess the Brits are a tiny lot.

It's important to remember that these are supposed to fit like a, "second skin". My husband normally wears a small or medium and we got him a medium. A small would have been too small. It takes a bit getting used to, but once you do it's great.

I wore this surfing on vacation as was very happy with it. it's a great look and fit for the price. I especially liked the loop at the bottom front to tie into my board shorts drawstring so it didn't ride up while paddling. no rash, no sunburn, quick drying, great shirt!

I'm 5' 9" and weigh 155 lbs. I ordered a medium and this shirt fit me perfectly. Nice and snug, but very comfortable. I used it to body surf in Costa Rica on a couple of very sunny and hot days. I'm fair skinned and this item kept me from getting maimed by the sun.It also has a convenient little loop on the front of the shirt that you can attach to your shorts to keep the shirt from riding up when you get bounced around in the surf. It was not too hot to hang around in on the beach too.My girlfriend thinks it makes me look sexy, and that's saying a lot.

I got this O'Neill rash guard for a multi-day snorkeling trip to St. John, USVI. I used it on three occasions, each of which involved hot, sunny days and snorkeling to depths of 3 to 20 feet. I love this product as it kept me warm in the cooler waters, kept me from getting torched in the blazing mid-day sun, and allowed me to swim with ease. I ordered the small (I am 5'6", 150 pounds) and it fit really well (snug in and out of the water, but not too tight). The quality seems good and it looks good to. I hand washed it upon returning home and no signs of wear.
