Product appears to be made of very thin steel. Pan arrived bent beyond straightening. Box may have been dropped from waist high. Will not buy this brand to replace.

This product is exactly what we wanted. It performed well and was easy to clean. Cheesecake comes out easily. Recommended.

I purchased this pan so that I could make a cheesecake in my new pressure cooker. Well...this pan worked perfectly! The cheesecake was delicious! At 7", it's also the perfect size for one night's dessert for a family of six. It cleans up well, too! I can whole heartedly recommend this.

Pros: This pan is definitely good for the price. I've made a few cheesecakes in it so far and it's held up well to short bursts of high heat (~12 minutes @ 550F) without warping, and the locking mechanism closes tightly and opens/closes smoothly.Cons: Pan is advertised as non-stick, and on the sides it is. However, the first cake I made in it I neglected to spray the bottom of the pan and the little ridges took pieces out of the bottom of the cake when I took the pan off. But, spraying it with cooking spray fixed that the next time. The bottom can also take some finagling to get into the slot it sits in when locked.Overall, I'd recommend this pan if you can't/don't want to spring for the really expensive ones. It works pretty well.

Sooo. Company coming, Need to make dessert ahead of time. A cranberry almond butter cake. Very thick batter. About $15 worth of ingredients. Mixed it up, scraped it into the brand new pan, and into the oven it went. 3-4 minutes later I hear a sizzling sound. It was leaking all over the oven! Whoever said these don't leak must have bought an older, better quality version. This one leaks like a sieve right under the buckle. And yes, I made sure it was properly fitted and closed. After I cleaned up the mess I washed and dried the pan and began trying to figure out why it leaked. No matter what I did, it would lose water in the same place time after time. Boo. Should have known there's no such thing as a "bargain."
