Companies could do themselves well by taking an example from this one.I ordered this transformer and had a problem with it. I notified them through Amazon the same day and downloaded a return slip. The following day I put the box in the mail and as I was doing so, a truck pulled up and placed the new transformer in my hand. It works as expected and I now have heat. That's important when the nights are in the mid 30's. Good product, great service.
