I love being able to slip my shoes on and off without having to mess with the laces, and these allow that. The soles are grippy enough to not slide around like some of my foam-soled shoes. I wouldn't say they're the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, but they aren't bad. I love that the all-black color keeps them from looking dirty, so these are my new "project" shoes.

I’m semi-retired and have a light delivery job to keep busy. I like a lightweight shoe that doesn’t get too hot and breathes, especially during the summer. This shoe exceeds my expectations. It is lightweight, doesn’t show dirt or scuff marks and is very comfortable. I especially like the extra cushioning in the heel that absorbs the pressure when walking on concrete and asphalt. There is no need for an extra insert. They are easy to put on and can be stepped into versus pulling on the heel. I ordered my normal size, and they fit as expected. They should be able to be cleaned in the washing machine as needed. These shoes won’t win you any fashion awards, but they are a great all-day work shoe.

Great support from the wider sole area. Has good solid surface area to the floor so less likely to slide. The black finish is easy to wipe clean from splatter or any drips. The size for me was about 1/2 size larger since I could easily fit one finger at the heel end but thicker socks and being on the feet will end up being comfortable and snug in the shoe. Good solid foot wear if you have to be on your feet alot.

I gave this five stars because well it is an entry-level shoe. It is a pretty high-quality entry-level shoe. It comes in a plastic bag not a box and the shoes are padded on the inside.It’s easy to slip into them sometimes the heel is a little bit hard on some shoes, but I had no issue with that. It had soft padding and the size was perfect.

Review of ”Non Slip Shoes for Men Food Service Work Shoes Restaurant Slip Resistant...":(Please refer to my reviewing guidelines at the bottom of the page).I wear a 10.5 and usually prefer wide when I can find it. I ordered these in 10.5 and they fit very well. They could be just a skosh wider but I think they'll break in very nicely for a perfect fit. These are a nice comfortable shoe with nice thick support and they slip on/off very easily. I recommend these Delobi Mens Non Slip Service Work Shoes. The Uppers are made of Elastic Flyknit material that provide Breathability and Flexibility that provide Support to your ankles. The Shoes were true to size for me, I wear a Mens Size 12 and these Size 12s fit perfectly. I love the fact that you can put on and take off these Shoe without bending over to do so and they fit snuggly to your feet. The Insoles are Soft and Supportive, the Outsole is Non Slip and the Midsole is Responsive EVA that Shifts along with the movement of your foot. The Shoes are light weight, durable and they are extremely comfortable with shock absorbing cushion that prevent your feet from getting tired when you are on your feet for a full work day. I really enjoy wearing these Delobi Mens Non Slip Work Shoes, they look stylish and do not need to just be relegated to the work place. They are also perfect for Casual wear and look good with most everything you can wear. I definitely will look for Delobi Mens shoes the next time I need a pair.

Incredibly comfortable and supportive shoes that are great for my service industry job where I am on my feet for 8 hours a day. The soles are thick and the memory foam provides great support all throughout the foot, especially in the heel and arch. Usually I need to use special insoles for my work shoes, but not with these so far! On the included insole there's also some raised bumps which I assume are to help stimulate blood flow when walking. A lot of the pain in my feet and joints has dissipated since I started wearing these shoes. There's a lot of bounce when I walk. My only complaint is even with the shoes tied tightly, sometimes I feel like my heel is lifting up from the back of the shoe. The shoe is very roomy when I ordered my normal size, so may want to consider sizing down. Overall I am very happy with the quality of these shoes in the first couple weeks of using them. As with all memory foam, I am skeptical of long term durability especially for how often I am on my feet, but so far I haven't seen any give in the short term.
