This is a great hat. The weave is tight and the color is luxurious. The hat is soft and warm. It is a little bit big though.

Nice....But as pics show, at first--rather than having a soft roundness--it isfolded flat in a way that make it have a series of pointy bumps (see pics). Not rounded but has triangular points. I Had to wash it in hot water and dry over tall round bowel to shape it better. The flat packaging is likely why. So you MAY have to urge it into more of a round shape. Nice color options. May need to iron it too.

Exactly what I wanted. Light weight, with warmth but not hot, they do not scrunch my hair and the weave is attractive. I plan to sleep in them and wear them to the coffee shop too. The tag says dry clean, but I am sure I can gently hand wash them in water with a drop of dish detergent. If you want to be even more careful (probably not necessary,) use water with a little Woolite. The colors (I got five of them) are exceptionally nice. Charcoal is a soft black that is not harsh on the face. Both the lt blue and the pink are not too bright...perfect, soft colors. The beige and the lt grey are also perfect. These hats appear delicate and will need gentle care, but I really love them.

β’ PROs: I like the fact that it's lightweight because although it does provide some warmth, you can still wear it in moderate weather without getting too hot. Because it's very stretchy, you can either wear it off to the side like a French beret, or you can put it on top of your head and pull it down over your ears on cold and rainy days. I normally prefer cotton hats, but I still like this acrylic crocheted hat because it doesn't give my hair too much static.I've bought it in two beautiful colors and have received a number of compliments. Because it's not too thick and heavy, it's convenient to carry around. I keep one handy in a little plastic sandwich bag in a compartment in my car, just in case I need it. I keep the other one either in my coat pocket or on a hook near my door so I can grab it quickly. If it gets wet, it dries quickly. It's reasonably priced so I can buy different colors; and If I were to lose it, I would buy more.β’ CONs: Can't think of any.β’ THE UPSHOT: It's a nice, lightweight 3-season stretchy hat at a good price, and I may come back and buy more.

Love this Beret. Have changed from wearing beanie type hats. Berets are much more elegant. Looks expensive and very comfortable to wear. Perfect fit.
