This rod was very easy to install and attach my curtains to. It is absolutely stunning in my home and looks much more expensive than it actually cost. Very great value for the price!

I really loved this and hoped to find something, anything similar locally but nope. Everything was the oil rubbed bronze finish, which I absolutely didn't want. I toughed out the waiting but glad I did. These are exactly the look I wanted and are fantastic with the Nicetown sheers I also got. Install went fast once I knew the exact measurements needed for each window. Would have been even faster if I had had a long Phillips head drill bit. I may eventually go through the house and replace all my curtain rods with this Nicetown setup. The whole effect looks really good. UPDATE 10/24: Nearly every rod in my house has now been replaced with Nicetown. I ADORE them. Solid and classy. Really glad I found this.

The rod itself is great. However, it arrived already broken. The piece that you are supposed to screw the rod ball into was already stuck and broken off into the base of the ball (as if someone else bought it, returned it, then it was shipped to me just like that). I was able to glue the pieces together instead of sending back (would not have had the time to take back to drop off point for another 2 weeks, so I tried to make it work). As of now, it is held together with gorilla glue.

We installed as directed with the three support brackets and it was very sturdy. The issues we ran into were, if following the new guidelines of height above frame and making the longer lines the knobs at the end are closed to the right hand wall. We were able to install and clean up markings on the wall caused with a magic eraser. We also decided that since the installation was so sturdy that we would take out the middle support so that we could open the curtains from the center as well as the left side with the ability to push all the curtains all the way to the right side. Using the center support you will only be able to open the left panel to the midway point. We like the option since it is a sliding door. The screws on the brackets were awkward as you tighten them to the bar from the wall side but those screws are what make the support sturdy. (The support hooks are tensioned to the bar.) Overall very pleased. This has been up for several weeks with no issues.

Title says it all. Only complaint was that there was a hole in the packaging at some point and the tube insert nut was missing on one of the ends. I reached out to the seller and they rectified it right away! 100% positive!

I was able to put these up by myself very easily by watching the video. All the parts came in good condition. I just took off one star because one of the end balls was a bit off-kilter but it’s not noticeable at all once everything was in place and the curtains were hung.I would purchase these again if I needed another curtain rod.
