Bought a new VHF radio for the boat and will be using this bracket to hold the yet to arrive antenna. Will update the review if any issues uncovered during install. Looks pretty beefy from first appearances. Just need to set apart some time to get it installed once all needed parts have arrived. Will need to get some SS hardware to mount it.

great pice of work as long as your grandkid does not use it when falling of the frount of the boat, works with the old one bottom pice .
