Had a hairline crack in the original rim due to a nasty pot hole that I drove over. Purchased this 2 weeks ago and it arrived in less than 3 days. I was skeptical to have purchased a rim online but I was desperate and other places I went to recommended that I purchase.all 4. I told them my other rims are still in great condition and that I only needed one. Well one rim was gonna cost me almost $300...I said no thank u and searched on Amazon. I was surprised it was $193 almost half of wut they were asking for. So I made my purchase and it come earlier than expected. I had the time today to get it installed and it looks great (excuse the tire) lol. In the future if I have to get another rim I will be purchasing through Amazon again. Signed, a very happy customer!

Had a tire on my 2020 Rogue SUV shred on the highway. It was very late at night, and being a woman, I was not about to change the tire on a deserted highway. I ended up riding the shredded tire 5 miles to my house. Needless to say, the rim was shot.The dealership replacement price for the wheel is $247. I purchased this rim for $183—a difference of $64. Plus, it was delivered straight to my door.The dealership required that I come in to order the wheel because they wouldn't accept my credit card over the phone. That would have required two trips to the dealership; one to order and one to pick up. Naw, I'm not about to waste that much of my time for a higher-priced item that is essentially no different from this rim.I ordered this rim on Monday morning, and it arrived on Wednesday morning of the same week. I will definitely do business with Factory Wheel Replacement again and share their info with friends and family.
