Head and Neck
- Head Size: from above, measure the width - side to side with a ruler, don't include ears or fur
- Neck Size: use tape measure or string to measure around the neck just below the ears
Large
Designed for Large Size Breeds:
- Head Size: 5.5 to 6.5 inches across
- Neck Size: 17 to 20 inches
- Weight: Approximately 55 to 100 lbs.

Introduce your Pup to their PupLid
Use treats and fun rewards to help your dog get used to their PupLid. Let your dog sniff their PupLid until they accept it. Gently place the hat on your dog’s head, pull the ears through and fasten the chinstrap. Keep the first few sessions short to help your dog get used to wearing it. When hat-wearing is paired with a favorite walk or trip to the park, many dogs start getting excited to see their hat because they know they are about to go on an adventure!
Step 1: Place Hat on Head
Open the velcro chinstrap and place the PupLid on your dog's head. The Brim should sit above the line of the brow. Gently pull their ears through the two straps on each side.
Step 2: Fasten Chinstrap
Fasten the chinstrap under your dog's chin making sure to leave about two fingers of space between the chinstrap and your dog's neck. Snug but not tight.
Step 3: Secure Hat
Slide the side toggles up to further secure the hat to your dog's head. Make sure you are not compressing your dog's ears. Say "Good dog!" and you're off.

My dad is a long haul truck driver & I got this hat for his Shih-Tzu Scrappy. It is so adorable. The stitching connecting the chin strap is not great but I was able to fix it myself.

My dog is a beefcake at a healthy 85lbs so we ordered the biggest size - large. Turns out, the strap was actually not quite long enough to wear comfortably so I immediately reached out to seller. The seller was so accommodating and sent out an extra large strap that will be available for purchase in the future. We received the new strap within a day and my pup is now stylish in his new hat! It helps keep the sun out of his senior eyes and is quite the fashion statement. We love puplids! Thank you!

Loved the hat on our dog, but she wouldn't keep it on. Well-made and loved the "Bison" logo. Recommend it highly if your dog will wear it. We have a Cockapoo and the small size fit her well.

My female does not mind it at all, but my male has a different opinion. I love how adjustable they are, but my dogs have a lot of energy so they do need constant readjustment. The good thing is that they don’t fall off. They just move back onto the back of their necks. We get a ton of compliments though and I do think when they are in the correct position that they help keep out the suns rays
