Installation Tips:
For the truck with three connectors, the middle connector controls the brake light, the left and right connector controls cargo light.
About MZS third brake light, Left harness controls brake light, Right harness controls cargo light.
Please Use Left harness connect to factory middle connector, Right harness connect to factory left or right connector.

2010 Ford F150 - I give it 2 stars due to the fact that it fits the cab very well. But I give it only one star for functionality, since it fails to light up at all. Brake or cargo. I swapped polarity on the connections, still no lights. Maybe I just received a defective one, but now it's too late to return it. They don't include any instructions with this unit, even though it's basically plug and play, which it is. Red socket for brake, white socket for cargo, however, why the open slot for the brake light in the middle of the plastic shell? It makes you think you should insert your existing brake light in there, but, you'll find out you can't, as the circuit board plate blocks it, so you'll remove the bulb, and secure the empty socket in place - one of the empty cargo light sockets, right? I couldn't prove it, because nothing worked no matter how I plugged the connections. Disappointed, because I like the look of this brake/cargo light. Ordering another one from a different vendor.

so I have two very similar trucks. the only difference is gas and Diesel. that being said, couple months ago I replaced the third brake light with a different company and it went flawlessly. no problem at all. then I used this company for the brake light on a gas truck. and it does not fit correctly. it came with a crack in it. there are several concerns and issues with it very very unpleased with the results. I would recommend staying away from this company 😔

I did this change as well as headlight and taillight bulb LED upgrades and brought the truck into the current decade. Fits great and looks great.
