Once the thatcher drum wears out which is relatively quick, you cannot get a replacement unless you buy another machine. Customer service is absolutely horrible cannot get in touch with anyone no phone and all email customer service links bounce back as undeliverable. It’s a shame it worked well. Going to buy one where you can buy parts and not throw away after using it twice.

This is amazing little machine. It is small, but it works. I had a LOT of dead grass from an extended dry period and some disease in the lawn. Put this thing together (wasn't too hard - but the instructions could be better and more detailed) and had it plugged in an dethatching in about 30 minutes. The bag on the back is small and the angle at which it rests prevents the machine from taking advantage of the whole bag (it doesn't fill) if you have 1) a lot of thatch or 2) thatch that isn't perfectly dry. It simply catches all of the thrown thatch at the front of the bag so I find myself constantly taking the bag off to dump it (have a wheelbarrow nearby). Otherwise, it is powerful enough to both dethatch and scarify as advertised. Would be a game changer if it was battery operated.

Machine was quick to assemble, it is lightweight, and extremely easy to use. I wish the collection bag was bigger, but that was probably my fault because I let my lawn get in such poor shape before trying to get it under control again. However, even with that being said, I love how it performed. I am very happy with my purchase. It did a way better job than the professional did for me last year. This dethatcher paid for itself with one use, and I think my lawn looks better too.

I was very happy to receive this today, it came well packaged, arrived right on schedule and is just what I expected.I was absolutely not disappointed in any way, it works exactly as it should and seems quite well made. Documentation was adequate and was translated fine. Assembly was very easy (even for me) and I was up and dethatching in 15 minutes. The design is SMART, easy to use (and store) and the bag is a HUGE help.Overall, this purchase perfectly matches its description, and I am extremely satisfied with the product. It definitely deserves a five-star rating and I would purchase again!

This Dethatcher is great. We have a lot of dead grass and this product works great. Our yard is getting in great shape with its help. Easy to use and light weight. Durable and good quality.

This is an image drawn from the product image carousel. I now realize that this dethatcher vs. scarifier designation is WRONG, but only after destroying a significant portion of my lawn. Just imagine the havoc. Have a look at other products and you will easily see how bad of a mix-up this is. This is unacceptable.

This bag attachment doesn’t hold a lot of waste. Every twenty or so feet you have to stop and empty it or you leave a trail behind.
