I have another mixer from another brand but the Mydio lab mixer has a lot more power, 7000 rpm compared to the other brand at 5200 rpm and the Mydio was less money and had higher ratings. The only thing missing was the stainless steel mixing balls. I will be using this to shake and mix my aquarium water testing tubes it will make the job a lot easier and faster no more shaking the test tubes by hand.
