Works perfectly on my waist hydration pack. I lost the side that attaches to my clothing, and got these as a replacement. I went with orange to easily be able to see them if they fell off. Fits perfectly on my hydration tube.

I bought a 3 pack of these. Mistake. You latch the base onto your backpack chest strap. The water hose connector goes on the hose. The idea is that instead of having your water bladder hose flailing around while you hike, this will keep it in place on your chest strap. Problem is it does not work!What really happens, 9 times out of 10, is you pull on your water hose and the chest strap bracket comes off with the hose. So you're back to where you started with a water bladder hose flailing around with an orange gadget hooked to it. I am going to purchase another one with a bracket that actually feeds through the chest strap. My hiking buddy has that type and it works. This one is just poor design. Obviously, not field tested. Hopefully, it the magnet can be recycled because that's where its going, into recycle.

The clips work great…now…. I have a larger water hose and the clip has two small ridges (meant to hold a smaller diameter hose) that would not fit my larger hose. All I did was take an exacto knife and trim away those ridges and my wider diameter hose fits perfectly now. Would be nice if they had 2 sizes but trimming away the ridges was not difficult…so no problem. Didn’t really need 3 clips, but price for the 3 just made sense. Magnets are strong too.

These will do the job they were intended to do. They hold strong to the backpack as well as the magnets itself. Your drinking hose isn't going anywhere and they are reliable.

The clip was to tight to use on a CamelBak water tube at first. I was able to place it on the water tube snugly without pinching the tube by using two needle nose pliers to pry open the clip a little. I was then able to snap the clip on the water tube. This works perfectly to easily drink water on my runs now.

I LOVE these. I use them on my orange mud pack and my camelbak. It is a bit of a tight fit on the camelbak straw but fits orange mud well. Very strong magnet, keeps it where you want it and east to attach/detatch when you need a drink.

Great value getting three for less than the cost of one OEM set. I use multiple bags for different activities and got tired of switching my clip.The problem is solved now and I’m happy. The magnets are strong, and have just the right tension to release with two fingers and easily snap back into place.
