The thin metal cage holding the ball bearings immediately fell apart upon riding and caused my wheel to wobble dangerously.

Definitely needed professional help to remove and install. Should come with instructions. Should also include the lubricant the bearings need to work properly. Customer would benefit with instructions on how to remove previous fixed axle, as that was a huge struggle for me personally. Could benefit further if you include the tools needed to remove previous axle, as I didn't have the proper tools to do so

They are good quality axles. One thing that is missing in the item description is the length of the axles. The rear one is 145mm and the front one is 108mm.One thing to note is that both axles have 25mm bearing dust shields. Usually the front axle has dust shields of smaller diameter. Make sure to measure the actual dimensions of the parts you need. This is the only way to buy the right parts for you.
