Used this on a 2003 Dodge Ram 5.7L Hemi. The engine had set for a while, and I figured it would be better to get some oil up in the engine before trying to start it up. This worked really well, and all is good ! Nice and strong too.

shown is a 2 piece tang end primer but this part is a hex 1 piece rod

This tool does the job. It is a must to have one of these before you start up a brand new rebuilt engine for the first time. You could just go to the machine shop and get the rights size hex stock but for this price why bother?
