I am a retired Structure Firefighter of 25 years of service so of course this was a must buy for me. The colors are b right and brilliant helping to see which symbol you ar working on. The yarn or floss is easy to use. I like the that one string of yarn has 3 separate sections to use. The quality of the Aida cloth is firm but yet easy to manipulate with your hands. The stamped print will dissolve with water or any liquid that hits the stamp so PLEASE be careful when drinking coffee 😂. I have attached a photo the shows who the print dissolves when I tried to clean coffee of the print. Thank goodness the kit comes with a map of the print so I can see what symbols were dissolved.

Wonderful kit, with over 70 colors of floss. BUT the pattern printed on canvas, and paper pattern are done with just four colors of in, red, green, dark blue, medium blue. So all the symbols are in one of those four colors. There are also blended colors in kit. I am making this as a gift for the paramedic/fireman who saved my life. I will customize the colors to match his bunker gear. For a stamped kit, this is not a beginner one. This is fir advanced stitchers.

I have used stamped cross stitch kits for many years. I've always made baby blankets, and this is the first kit like this one I've bought. I have 2 main issues. There is not enough thread provided to complete the entire kit! I might be half way finished, but so far I have run out of 3 different colors. And this thread is specific for this print. I can't go to a store and buy more. The name of the color is not provided. I cannot contact the seller to ask for more thread - it comes from China and no way to contact anyone! The only way to get enough thread to finish this project is to buy another kit!! And I refuse to do that! I will never buy from this company again! This is SO FRUSTRATING!!

Bought the firefighter one. The printing was done poorly and it was hard to see the pattern. I ran out of every single thread color before I was done with all the parts that needed to be done.

After a no go with the printed canvas and I completely agree with another review where the lady said it was very difficult to get the needle through that harsh fabric. I am now using my own 14 count Aida. I love the design and I am looking forward to it being finished but having said that I would say to anybody that this is not for the faint hearted. They only use 15 symbols for deciding where to put the stitch but there are 63 different thread sections. What they have done is made it that all the symbols have five colours so if you’re doing X and it is pale turquoise or X and it is pale green, it is very difficult to actually see which thread you should use especially when some areas the chart actually shows the green and the turquoise all mixed in together. I have found that sometimes it is only noticeable when you stand back and look at what you’ve done so far and you can see that the colours aren’t right because you’ve inadvertently used a green stripe or cross instead of a pale turquoise stripe or cross . This is a bad design fault and really needs to be looked at for future cross stitch kits. I am mystified why they have chosen to use the same symbol on this cross stitch where there is so much dark colour. At times it is difficult to see where you should be stitching and what you have already stitched hence my point in saying that it is not for the faint hearted.. however, I am enjoying it and I should be very glad when it’s finished. The actual pack itself is so professional it’s just a shame that they’ve got the symbols wrong! Maybe they will read this review and rethink their strategy. I hope so, but I have every intention of buying another kit as soon as I have finished this one.

This is the first time I've ever been blown away by the care and thought put in to the packaging of an embroidery kit. It comes in a wee folder seperated with everything you need and although I haven't started stitching yet it all looks and feels like excellent quality. Will buy from this brand again.

My sister is making this for me as I have no patience to do cross stitch, but it is very good quality, clear instructions and plenty of thread, Once I get it stretched and framed I shall add a photo.

Great packaging,. But be aware the stamped design on the cloth is very bright colors which would be great depending on the picture but I started it and didn't like the fact you can see orange behind and between the grey I did. so decided to follow pattern on my own all white cloth.
