These are wonderful, as long as they meet your needs. The panel and cable management are very solid. There are real limitations on what keystones actually fit (see below.) But for many network situations, these work great! As an example, I use easyJack keystones and tool. Fit perfectly. Cautions:* Install and test jacks before locking into rack. You can NOT remove jacks while the panel is installed.* Make sure you have a few spare inches of cable in back for if/when a keystone needs replacing!Notes on keystones:* IF you're only doing network jacks, AND there is space *BELOW* (ie not doing two half-U panels together), then almost any network jack will work, as long as not too wide.* IF you're only doing network jacks, and do NOT have space below, the jacks must not be taller than 3/4 inch (NOT including the non-moveable retainer clip.)* Monoprice recommends: Cat6 (15680), Cat6A (24756, 15663, 15664, 15666, 15668, 15669, 15670, 15679)* Any jack with centered post (eg RG6, banana wire post, etc) most likely will NOT work.* However, Monoprice says their 9321 F-type RG6 jack should workI have tried a number of network jacks. Skinny monoprice jacks, Everest EasyJacks work great.Any standard keystone that fits the following unusual parameters will be fine:1) Front face must be the standard size, meaning the full height, including the flexible clip must be 3/4 inch or less.2) Face width must be 9/16 inch or less, body width in back: 11/16 or less (that's the jack spacing.)2) (This is the hard one for some jacks) Must be OK for the accessible portion of the face to be the bottom 7/16 inch. The rest of the face is behind the number/label panel.Hard to see in the photos: the lower portion of the jack sticks out; the panel angles back so the bottom of the panel is about 3/16 inch behind the face of the jack.Implications:* You won't see the molded in "Cat 6" etc label on the front of many network jacks* Any jack designed to place the connector in the center of the face will most likely NOT work, as noted above.

Maybe the 'sturdiness' is a bit of a sticking point - but honestly, I never really understood the idea behind needing a full 1U for a patch panel, particularly where the use case isn't 'Government Data Center'. These are now my go-to, since they are a bit faster to make happen, i.e. after acquiring a decent punch-down ratchet tool for use w/ terminating cat6 keystones - as opposed to punching down multiple individual wires - the time savings is immense.
