Fortunately Moen stands behind this faucet because they’ve replaced the control box twice. The first box replacement was when the water pressure went to a trickle and stayed there. The 2nd replacement box was when the hot side quit working. Water pressure only has two adjustments, regular and high. If you just need a little bit of water, it’s not an option. I would not recommend this faucet. Especially at this cost.

The faucet is beautiful. It's a shame it has SO many issues. I really didn't want to be a negative reviewer on here, but this thing drives us crazy! We've had it for 6 months and have replaced the D batteries FOUR times. They are huge and expensive. At this rate, we will be replacing 8X per year!!! Issues listed below:1. When the batteries are running low, you can't use the sink at all...there's no override on the touch sensor. The handle won't work if the batteries are out...2. There is no ability to have a light stream. When you barely turn the lever down (like a centimeter), it's full blast. So it's 0 or 100% flow, nothing in between.3. The sensor doesn't always pick up motion.4. 8X out of 10, if you pull the handle straight down from the hot setting, the water doesn't turn on. You have to make sure that it's facing forward (in the cold position) for it to work.5. Sometimes I will turn it off with motion and it will still dribble while making a loud squealing sound. You have to manually release the handle and turn it back off to get the sound to stop.I have a busy family and my kitchen feels like chaos at meal time. This faucet is my worst nightmare when I'm trying to get stuff done!! I'm so incredibly disappointed.

Well worth the money. Only draw back with the voice activation is you can only have one person controlling. We have Google home max and you basically have to turn off voice recognition for all your devices to have multiple users control this faucet. It is new to the market so we are hoping they will fix this in the future. No problems with it otherwise. Great addition to our remodeled kitcken.

We've only just installed this faucet, but we are loving it! It looks great with our Whitehaven farm house sink and marble-looking quartz. We haven't hooked up the smart feature yet, but the touchless feature works better than anticipated. My only regret is that I didn't get the Smart one for the nearby prep sink. Best faucet ever!

I always scoffed at the hand wave feature to turn on/off. Now my family uses that as the main way to turn the faucet on/off. You just don't realize how many times your hands have stuff on them.Faucet looks great and works well. I have had some minor WIFI issues, but nothing terrible. I'm pretty sure it has to do with an almost 10 year old router/modem.

DON'T BUY. WAIT UNTIL QUALITY OF THE TECHNOLOGY IMPROVES. Faucet is amazing when it works. All the technology is so useful and we loved it for the 45 days that it worked. All of a sudden now the faucet won't turn off and nothing can be done to get it fixed. Even worse, Moen is giving weeks to get replacement parts, so we don't have a kitchen faucet for weeks.

We are on our second Moen Smart Faucet. The first one worked fine until we added to the Moen App. The following day, it lost its connection to the internet and would not work. We went through all of the troubleshoots, reset it, changed new batteries. It would not shut off with either the sensor or the handle when the hot water was on so we had to manually turn it off at the waterline.The worst part was the customer service or lack thereof. We could only schedule a call and no one ever called during the scheduled time. I did get a call from their corporate office days later but we had already returned the faucet and ordered a new one, which did have a nick in the finish...they offered to replace it under warranty but my husband did not want to have to uninstall and reinstall another faucet.We did not hook it up to the app this time. It worked fine for a little over a month. Today, with just regular use, the same issue, the water will not turn off but it is the cold water side this time so now we have to manually shut off the water underneath the sink. We have changed the batteries and reset it...still not working.I've messaged Moen through Facebook Messenger and I am currently awaiting a response. At this point, it may be a sign to return it and go with another brand altogether.
