It is what it says it is. I used them for post brackets on a porch

They are of a decent metal and thick. Have yet to use them, but they appear to be more than adequate for the job.

I’d say these are slight rejects since the bottom plate is bent upwards.I haven’t tried to see if I can torque the bend out

Not much to write on this: it just does what it is meant to do! It is sturdy, and fits perfectly the 4"x4" post.

Used these to hold up some rustic cactus I made out of some old 4x4's. Post bases at the Big Box stores were like $20+ for one, so getting 2 for $13 was perfect. They came with screws and bolts for mounting them into cement. I didn't use that stuff, but they seemed okay for most things. Finish was great and if I had to nit-pick on anything... I'd maybe like the opening a little smaller to hold the 4x4 tighter. It's fine once you put a few screws in, but I just would have prefered it to fit more snug.

Bases are decent, the hardware is a joke. The expansion bolts when applied either bent or screw dropped through. Self tapping screws are metal not black. I ended up having to purchase black screws for the wood posts and concrete screws for the base after I drilled out the broken compression bolts.
