There is not a single component of this product that I can endorse. The straps themselves were not the vibrant lime color of the picture, but rather a more muted greenish yellow. The elastic itself was thin and cheap, and the ends were not serged (stitched, like they are on my standard Bauer straps) but burned shut. The snap hardware was not centered on 3 of the 5 straps, and for one of them, the snaps themselves were damaged/distorted when they were installed, so they didn't even snap closed. Given that I need these straps to aide in keeping my head safe during play, I would absolutely not recommend using these in any playing scenario.The item was shipped and delivered expeditiously, but unfortunately I was equally expeditious in my return.
